Eine Filmproduktion in Jena für die wisschaftliche Vereinigung und Alliance „Life in Focus“ der vier Graduierten Schulen Jena School for Microbial Communication (JSMC), Jena School of Molecular Medicine (JSMM), Abbe School of Photonics (ASP) und Max Planck School of Photonics (MPSP).
Die Jena School for Microbial Communication (JSMC) ist eine interdisziplinäre Exzellenz-Graduiertenschule, die alle Bereiche der Mikrobiologie abdeckt, von der Umwelt über die Medizin bis hin zur biotechnologischen Entwicklung. Durch die Förderung der Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung zur Gründung der Allianz der Graduiertenschulen „Life in
Focus“ war es der Allianz möglich, die fächerübergreifenden Interaktionen mit den Kollegen der Jena School of Mollecular Medicine und der Abbe School of Photonics zu vertiefen.
In dem Imagefilm werden die Projekte von 3 Promovierenden vorgestellt und die Motivation und Ziele hinter ihrer wissenschaftlichen Forschung in den Bereichen Life Science, Photonic und Bioscience sichtbar gemacht.
